THE SISTERHOOD HEART TIFFIN

3 tbsp coconut oil
1 lemon
600g white chocolate
300g of mix ins..

100g biscuits
100g mini marshmallows
100g dried strawberries or blueberries

3 jelly heart sweets
scattering of freeze dried raspberries

Put the coconut oil in a bowl and zest in the lemon. Place the bowl over saucepan with water in, bain marie style.

Let the coconut oil melt and then break in the white chocolate. Set over a gentle heat and warm, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has fully melted.

While the chocolate is melting, prepare your mix in ingredients. Measure the biscuits required and with a pair of scissors snip them into pieces into a bowl. Next take your dried strawberries and cut them into the bowl. Before measuring in the marshmallows.

Once the chocolate has melted stir the mix in ingredients into the chocolate before cutting 3 jelly hearts in half and adding them into the mix with a scattering of freeze dried raspberries.

Transfer the mixture into a silicone shaped heart mould and place in the fridge to fully set. Once set remove from the fridge and start to decorate.
